Description

Converse CTAS 70's Hi Shoes

Converse CTAS 70's Hi Shoes in Parchment, Garnet and Egret. Seen here in a classic colourway, the Converse CTAS ‘70s Hi is styled with off-white uppers crafted from 100% canvas. Featuring a glossy egret coloured midsole, a fully vulcanised rubber outsole, CONS rubber tractioning and an OrthoLite sockliner, this high top Converse trainer also features a traditional rubber toe cap across each forefoot. Metal ventilation eyelets provide increased airflow across each inner side wall, whilst the eight eyelet lacing system secures the winged tongue in place. Finished with contrasting red foxings, a CTAS ankle patch and with traditional Chuck Taylor rubber scabs across each heel.

Founded in 1908 and known for their Rubber Shoe Company roots, Converse’s explorative design style is one continually supported by collaborations with brands including Carhartt WIP, Stussy and Polar Skate Co. Known for their basketball origins and their Chuck Taylor legacy, Converse’s open minded narrative draws creative influence from a wide range of underground and contemporary subcultures.
